Cover artwork and source-platform materials are displayed for discovery and identification and remain owned by their respective rights holders. BookCoverIndex does not grant licenses to indexed artwork.

Requesting review or removal

A rights holder or authorized representative may request review of a listing by identifying the copyrighted work, the exact BookCoverIndex URL, the material at issue, contact information, and the basis for the request.

Notice details

A complete notice should include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized, a statement that the information is accurate, confirmation of authority to act for the rights holder, and a physical or electronic signature.

Source removal

Because this site is an index, removing a record here does not remove material from the originating platform. Contact the source platform separately when removal from the original listing is also required.

Response

BookCoverIndex may disable access to a listing while reviewing a sufficiently detailed request and may ask for additional information needed to identify the work or the requesting party.
